3 Day Refresh: In Conclusion

The last day of the 3 Day Refresh plan was easy because I knew it was the last day. I was never hungry on the program at all, which was surprising to me. I think because it’s not just shakes, but also tea and some various fruits and veggies too. Because of that, I actually felt like I was constantly eating or drinking something. It makes it easier to get through because you always know there’s another thing to eat or drink in a few hours. I did great getting my water in on the last day, and that helped a ton as well.

And now, the big question…how much weight did I lose? 3.5 pounds in the 3 days! I’m VERY happy with that. But more importantly, I feel really good. I have a ton of energy, and I feel like this sets me up to really eat healthy this weekend, because I don’t want to ruin all this great progress!

I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to do a quick jumpstart to a healthy eating lifestyle!
